For the following of the semester, each of us should prepare some questions (see below) during reading the books and papers. And each weekend, we all upload our questions to the wiki and one people/week:
- organize all the questions
- try to find the answers for those questions
- lead the meeting on Monday.
About the questions, there are two types of questions:
- general questions, eg: what is DP? how does it work?, this kind of question is some kind of guide for people to refresh their memories. And this type of question can help us to discuss and test our understanding of the concepts.
- some previous courses (DK's class or Intro to Bioinformaics class), any kind of questions (from homeworks or exams) related to that week's topic, eg: calculate the DP matrix. It will help us to gather as many questions as possible.
